I have provided leadership and technical expertise on practitioner projects with the United Nations, U.S. Institute for Peace, Hague Appeal for Peace, Westminster Foundation for Democracy, and the Open Society Institute. I have also served as an analyst for Freedom House and as President of the Society for Albanian Studies.

I am an experienced professional with over 15 years working in democracy and governance, peace studies, and international affairs. I have experience in program leadership, course development, teaching, training, research, and applied consulting. I am skilled in facilitation and coordination among diverse stakeholders within and across academic institutions, advocacy networks, international and inter-governmental agencies, and civil society organizations. I have demonstrated expertise in policy-relevant research and training, graduate teaching, project design, facilitation, program implementation, and evaluation.
